Monarch Moves Dance n’ Plant Festival

Fox Valley residents are invited to hear Dr Chip Taylor, Founder of Monarch Watch, kick off Moving for Monarchs activities at 11AM on August 17^th at the WILD Center.  Moving for Monarchs will film portions of “Dance of Life” at the WILD Center during the Monarch Moves and Dance n’ Plant Festival hosted by Wild Ones Fox Valley Area Chapter on Sunday afternoon.  Suitable for young and old, the festival features all things monarchs and includes an in-prairie performance by professional ballet dancer Gwynedd Vetter-Drusch as she introduces community dancers to monarch butterfly and pollinator conservation through the use of dance.  Come in pollinator costume and compete for a prize.  http://www.wildones.org/learn/wild-for-monarchs/moving-monarchs/
