Caregivers Support Group

If you are a caregiver, you know that care giving is rewarding, but can also be heavy and discouraging. The good news is, you don’t have to walk the journey alone! Join our new Caregivers Support Group to share information, insight, friendship, and encouragement. Tracy Siebers, a counselor from the Samaritan Counseling Center, will facilitate this free group. Meetings will be held at First Presbyterian Church Neenah (200 Church St.) at 7:00 p.m. in the parlor on the following dates: January 19th – Introduction to Support Group and Getting to Know One Another February 2nd – Care giving Emotions and Coping February 16th – Rewards of Care giving and Caregiver Burnout March 2nd – Fitting in Fitness/Self Care March 16th – Communication is Key/Diffusing Conflict March 30th – Becoming a Resilient Caregiver
