Join the Neenah Historical Society as we present an educational program in advance of our 2 nd Annual Neenah/Menasha Inter-Tribal Pow Wow which will be held at Shattuck Park from 1 – 3 pm on September 23 rd . At the September 7 th library program, Mark Denning will provide an overview of the meaning of a pow wow, of pow wow regalia, and etiquette for those attending a pow wow.
