Uncommon Facts about Common Birds

Please join us at the Neenah Public Library for the program, Uncommon Facts about Common Birds, with naturalist, writer and wildlife photographer, Stan Tekiela, on Monday, April 1^st at 2:00 p.m. in the Shattuck Community Room on the first floor. This program is free and open to the public. Light refreshments are served.

Stan Tekiela is the originator of the popular state-specific field guides such as Birds of Wisconsin Field Guide, Wildflowers of Wisconsin Field Guide, and Trees of Wisconsin Field Guide. Over the past three decades Stan has authored more than 130 field guides, nature appreciation books and wildlife audio CDs for nearly every state in the nation, presenting many species of birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, trees, wildflowers and cacti. Come and listen to Tekiela as he gives some uncommon facts about common birds.
