Facade Grant
For exterior renovations such as brick tuck pointing and window replacement. Up to $10,000 on a dollar for dollar match.
Sandwich Board Sign Grant
Toward the facilitation of aesthetically pleasing, code compliant sandwich board signs in the district. Up to $100.
Retention & Recruitment Grant
For long term interior renovations that improve the value of the property such as HVAC, electric and plumbing. Up to $5,000 in matching funds.
SBA Loan Program & Historic Preservation Tax Credits
