What is the Live Mannequin Event?
View living window displays at businesses, enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride and listen to carolers.

This event is free and open to the public - everyone is welcomed and encouraged to attend.  Do a little 'window shopping' and get in the holiday spirit at the same time!
