Future Neenah Announces Farm to Table Sunset Dinner

SunsetDinner_Reversed on WoodNeenah, WI  July 14, 2016—  Future Neenah is hosting its first ever Farm to Table Sunset Dinner, sponsored by Community First Credit Union on August 18. Four local chefs will prepare an elegant, four-course meal featuring farm fresh produce sourced from the Future Neenah Farmers Market ‘s Certified Local Growers. The open-air dining experience will be held rain or shine at Mahler Park under a large canopy tent complete with traditional farm tables, live music, and expert wine pairings.

Executive chefs from Town Council Kitchen & Bar, Cannova’s, Zuppas and Shellatte’s will each prepare one of the evening’s courses. Pamela Barnes, Event Coordinator for Future Neenah said “The chefs participating in this event are already known for their outstanding, delicious cuisine. We are excited to host this four-course culinary adventure which will allow diners an opportunity to reconnect to the land and the origins of their food, and to honor the local farmers who cultivate it.” The chefs will be preparing seasonal items with produce and products purchased from the Future Neenah Farmers Market.

Community First Credit Union, the sponsor of the Farm to Table Sunset Dinner, invites members of the community to join them for the dinner. “Wonderful connections are made in the company of friends and good food. We’re proud to celebrate our local community, growers and chefs at the Sunset Dinner.” The dinner will be limited to the first 100 guests, so Future Neenah encourages those interested to purchase their tickets early.
