Age groups are broken down for competition in the following manner by age: 5&6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12. Participants will compete against those in their own gender in punting, passing and kicking. Final scores are based on distance and accuracy for all 3 events. Contestants 5 to 11 use a junior size football; 12 year old use a regulation size football.
