Cool off and have fun at the Neenah Public Library on Thursday, July 31, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., at our Water Carnival for kids. There will be wet games and dry games – plan to get wet! Activities for all ages – children six and under must be accompanied by a caregiver. In case of rain, activities will be moved indoors.
