      Office Renovation

      Future Neenah celebrated 30 years of serving the community in 2013. As part of our yearlong celebration, we launched a capital campaign to renovate Future Neenah’s headquarters. This incredible office transformation project was completed in August 2014.

      Thank you to the many donors and contractors who helped to make our dream of a
      new and improved office, a reality.

      With capital campaign support from the community, Future Neenah built a firm foundation to grow for years to come. The updated facility reflects Neenah’s progressive thinking while maintaining its historic character. A place we can truly call home!

      •  As Neenah’s Front Door, Future Neenah daily welcomes new residents, corporate business guests, visitors and families. Future Neenah is often the first touch point a business or individual has with the community whether they are relocating, opening a business or tourists. This renovation was a key ingredient in meeting the expectations of the community. The old design was not efficient. Modernizing provided a space to welcome guests, assist in business recruitment and allow volunteers to come together to make our events successful.
      • You never get a second chance to make a first impression and our building needed some improvements to make that impression a good and lasting one. To keep our momentum going and provide a better environment to spur productivity, the building got a facelift along with some major repairs badly needed to upgrade the building’s structural integrity. These improvements included an events staging area, a welcome center, business meeting space, a new roof, foundation repairs, HVAC and facade.

      Capital Campaign Goal: Future Neenah is a non-profit, community based organization. It was our intent that this building project not compete with our other community initiatives. Donor support was vital so we could carry on our quality of life projects while also improving our facilities.  All of our donations are reinvested into economic development for a vibrant and vital community and quality of life enhancing events such as Farmers Market and Concerts in Shattuck Park.
