$25 Fee includes Sunset Hill Stoneware mug and food/drink samples at businesses.
Businesses offer samples of warm foods, beverages, desserts and snacks to attendees.
A made in Neenah Sunset Hill stoneware mug is your ticket for the day! Pick up your paid mug at the Future Neenah office the day of the event at 10:45 or 11:15 (you will be able to choose a time upon registration). Check in alpha by last name – no paper tickets are issued.
Vote for your favorite samples for an opportunity to win a Downtown Neenah gift certificate.
The event will sell out so be sure to register early – no day of walk ins please. Thank you.
Warm your heart and your soul too – bring a donation of hygiene products such as tissues, deodorant, toothpaste, laundry detergent for Double Portion! If you do, you’ll receive a voucher for additional specials or discounts at the downtown businesses that day! Double Portion provides:

Meals Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11:30 am. (Take-out 12:15-12:30)

Food Pantry is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11 am – close. Pantry items include breakfast foods, fruits, vegetables, soups, and personal care items.

Monthly grocery bags for those unable to come to the pantry during regular hours
Notes & Disclaimers:
- Event will take place regardless of the weather – snow, cold or sunshine. No refunds will be issued after Feb. 3, 2024, for any reason although you may transfer your registration to another person after Feb. 3. Online refunds prior to Feb. 3 will not be reimbursed for the Eventbrite fees.
- Promotional photos will be taken during the event, purchase of tickets indicates your agreement to have your photo taken. You do also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Neenah, the Downtown Neenah BID and any participating businesses / merchants from any claims relative to your participation in the event.
